In-depth Diagnostic Service:
An in-depth diagnostic check (< 60 minute) consisting of actual troubleshooting steps to correct the issue that prompted your visit. At which point we will remedy the issue or recommend a specific service package.

Test Your Power Supply (AC adapter):
A simple test to ensure your power supply is outputting the correct voltage and amperage.

Cracked Screen Replacement:
Remove non-functioning LCD panel and replace with new compatible LCD panel.

Virus Cleanup:
Remove all viruses, malware, and spy-ware from your laptop’s hard drive. Evaluate your current antivirus software and make necessary adjustments to achieve sufficient protection against future infections.

A Speedy PC technician will install necessary Windows updates, service packs, and security patches to further help protect your system from internet hackers.

PC Tune-up:
A complete system analysis of what may be causing your laptop to run less than optimal. A technician will remove all residual clutter left behind by web browser internet cookies, files left behind from previously uninstalled software, and update your current system software and hardware.
